Act 1972.
Agreed:
that Cardiff Council offer a grant of £72,000
and loan of £48,000 to Door Maintenance Group Ltd as a
contribution towards the equipment required to establish a new
R&D facility. The grant is subject to the attached terms and
conditions contained within the due diligence report (Appendix
1)
