Agreed:
that, following consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Finance, Modernisation and Consultation, the Section 151
Officer and the Director of Governance and Legal services agreement
be given to extend the WITS collaboration Agreement for a further
12 months from the  1 July 2023 until 30
June 2024
