The appendices to this report are exempt from
publication because it contains information of the kind described
in paragraphs 14 and 21 of parts 4 and 5 of Schedule 12 A to the
Local Government Act 1972
 
Agreed:
that agreement be given to  enter into a JCT intermediate Building Contract
with Contractor Design 2016 Edition with M&J Cosgrove
Construction Ltd for the redevelopment of Meridian Court Offices
into 9 flats with a de-mountable office pod in the rear car park
for the fixed price detailed in Appendix B.
