contains confidential information as defined in the Local
Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Decisions, Documents and
Meetings) (Wales) Regulations 2001 which if disclosed would result
in a breach of confidence.

 
AGREED:
that
 
1.      
the scope of the project as set out in the body of
the report be approved.
2.      
the evaluation criteria to be used to appoint a
framework with multiple providers as set out in the report be
approved ; and
3.      
the commencement of the procurement be authorised
process to include but not limited to
(i) 
issuing the Invitation to Tender and
(ii)deal
with any ancillary matters up to award of contract
