Appendix 1 to this report is exempt from disclosure
as it contains information pursuant to paragraph 16 of the Local
Government Act 1972

 
AGREED: that
 
1)    
Following a procurement process, Knox and Wells be
selected as the proposed contractor to proceed to the second stage
(develop the cost plan, the approach to work packages and a
specific approach) for capital works in respect of schemes which
form an overall part of the project.
 
2)    
Subject to the final costs being within budget, the
Council be authorised to enter into a works contract with Knox and
Wells as and when required and as detailed in the
report.
 

Reasons for the decision

To ensure progression of the
NLHF capital works, in line with Council procurement rules, in
order to progress the delivery of the Flat Holm NLHF work packages
and ensure completion before 1 July 2025, in accordance with grant
conditions.
