Appendix 1- 3 of the report are not for publication as they
contain exempt information of the description in paragraph 14 of
part 4 and paragraph 21 of Part 5 of schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972
 
AGREED:
thatthe Council acquire the
land and premises identified in Appendix 1 known as Crown
House, Wyndham Crescent for the purposes of redevelopment for
council housing.
 

Reasons for the decision

The
acquisition of Crown House will enable the council the redevelop
the site for new council housing through its HRA development
programme.
