criteria to be used to appoint a framework with multiple providers
as set out in the report be approved  ;

the commencement of
the procurement process be approved to include but not limited
to

 
     
(i) issuing the Invitation to Tender
and 
     (ii) deal with
any ancillary matters up to award of contract
