Appendix B of the report is not for publication as
it contains exempt information pursuant to the provisions of
Schedule 12A Part 4 paragraph 16 of the Local Government Act
1972

 
AGREED:
that
 
a)   
a competitive procurement process be commenced using
the Open Procedure (including the issuing of the OJEU notice) based
on the proposed Supported Living Model for the services as set out
in the body of the report.
 
b)   
the proposed evaluation criteria as detailed in the
body of the report be approved.
 
 

Reasons for the decision

To obtain the necessary approval in order to
commence the procurement process to invite bids from the market in
relation to specialist supported living services for vulnerable
adults experiencing mental ill health in need of care and support.
