AGREED:
that the contract be awarded
to Andrew Scott Ltd (ASL), following the compliant tender process,
to install a new modernised electrified low carbon heating system
for the south elevations, upper hall, lower hall and
chambers.
 

Reasons for the decision

In June 2023, Cabinet provided
approval and delegated authority to deliver the proposed interim
strategy for City Hall, part of which includes the phase 1
maintenance works.
 
The appointment of Andrew Scott
Ltd ASL will ensure that a contractor is in place to conclude phase
1 works by winter 2025.
