Appendix 1 to this report is exempt from publication as it
contains exempt information of the
description in paragraph 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A and paragraph
21 of Part 5 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act

AGREED: that the contract
for the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Equipment
and Infrastructure for the Cardiff Council CCTV and Fibre
Communications Network for the value up to £5,000,000 be
awarded to CK Communications Ltd.
 

Reasons for the decision

Following the completion of a
competitive open procurement procedure in
line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended)
(‘PCR 2015’), CK Communications
Ltd has been deemed as most economically
advantages to the Council.
