The appendices to this report are exempt from
publication because it contains information of the kind described
in paragraphs 14 and 21 of parts 4 and 5 of Schedule 12 A to the
Local Government Act 1972

 
AGREED: that approval be given to enter into a JCT Design and Build contract
at Cherrydale Road, Ely with Wates Residential.  The contract sum is as stated in the cost report
under Appendix A of this report.
 

Reasons for the decision

To draw down and commence
delivery of one of the agreed Cardiff Living Phase 2
sites.  The project will deliver 7
bungalows, which are in high demand.
