RESOLVED: that
1.
The 2024/25 transactions list and Annual Property
Plan, attached at Appendix 1, be approved.
2.
The appropriation of the former Wolf’s Castle,
Llanishen from the Investment Estate to
Housing Revenue Account (HRA), at the value outlined in
Confidential Appendix 4, be approved.
