Appendix 1 of the report is exempt from publication
on the basis that it contains information of the decision set out
in paragraph 16 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act
1972.
 
AGREED: that

the outcome of the evaluation process be
noted.

this procurement process be abandoned and a new
procurement be commenced.
 

Reasons for the decision

Following legal advice, it is
concluded that, given the circumstance as set out in the report,
the most appropriate course is to abandon the
procurement.
