AGREED:
thatthe
invitation for the tendering and procurement of a Framework
Agreement be authorised with one appointed contractor to
supply Security and
Concierge Services for a period of up to 2 years (12 months plus 12
months) and the selection criteria contained in the body of the
report be approved. The estimated value over the duration of the
Agreement is £4.2million.
