AGREED: that
 

The tendering
process be commenced
for the supply, installation and continuous support over a 60 month
period for  Phase 2 of the Bus Real Time
Information (RTI)  Display
infrastructure to replace the remaining LED RTI signs in
Cardiff plus any new RTI that may be required over this
period

 

The procurement be
via the Smart Applications Management (SAM) national procurement
framework

 

the proposed
overarching evaluation criteria of cost 60%, quality 30%, social value
10%.
