Appendix 1 is exempt from publication
pursuant to Paragraph 16 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local
Government Act 1972

 
 
AGREED: that
 

1.   
A competitive procurement process using the Open
Procedure (including the issuing of the OJEU notice) for
Independent Professional Advocacy services for Adults in Cardiff
and The Vale of Glamorgan as set out in the body of
the report be commenced.
 

2.   
The proposed evaluation criteria as detailed in the
body of the report be approved.
