Appendices to this report are exempt from publication because
they contain information on the kind described in paragraphs 14, 16
and 21 of part 4 and 5 of Schedule 12 A to the Local Government Act

AGREED: that a Joint Contracts
Tribunal 2016, Design & Build contract be entered with Wates
Residential to deliver the Willowbrook
North new build housing scheme, delivering 31no. new Council homes,
and to enter into a build licence under the Development Agreement
to build out 39 no. open market sale houses on site.

Reasons for the decision

Approval of this report will
enable delivery through the Cardiff Living programme of a
high-quality, energy efficient, mixed tenure new-build development
for social rent & open market sale, contributing towards the
Council’s affordable housing targets and providing much
needed family accommodation.
