contracts be exchanged and completed
for the acquisition of the properties
detailed within this report as the Ibis Hotel, Tyndall Street,
Cardiff and Howard Gardens, Adamsdown, Cardiff and for contracts to
be exchanged to acquire Richmond Square, Richmond Road, following
satisfactory due diligence undertaken by legal
services.

backstop funding approach be noted to enable the acquisition to
proceed. To defer or cease or dispose of the development sites
identified in the event that Welsh Government grant funding is not
available for these acquisitions.
