AGREED: that the lease
as drafted with DEL Arena Management Ltd for the continued
occupation of the International Ice Arena at Confidential
Appendix 1 be approved.
 

Reasons for the decision

To approve the finalised lease
which will incorporate revised management arrangements and
implement a full service charge regime
to include an estate wide service charge and a building specific
service charge and lifecycle fund.
