AGREED:
that Wates Construction Limited be formally appointed as
the principal contractor and aJCT Design & Build contract (with
amendments) be entered into to build 35 Modular Units at the Ty
Ephraim site.
Reasons for the decision
Following the early works
package awarded to Wates Construction Limited, all contractual
matters have been resolved relating to the JCT form of contract and
the updated contract sum finalised and agreed. Therefore, we are
now able to enter into the formal JCT design & build contract
to progress the completion of the development.
