Whistleblowing Policy, on the recommendations of the Standards
& Ethics Committee

Content

RESOLVED:
that
 
1)           
The recommended amendments to the Whistleblowing
Policy as set out in Appendix A be approved.
 
2)           
The recommended amendments to the Whistleblowing
Report Form as shown in Appendix B be agreed; and
 
3)           
The proposed arrangements for communication and
training in relation to the revised Policy be noted.
