Purpose

This report seeks the approval
to award two contracts for Investment Agency Surveyor for property
disposal services as follows: 
 
Lot 1 (Lot 1 for higher volumes
of lower valued, less complex property assets with market values
estimated below £2m) for a period of 4 years from December
2024 at an approximate contract value stated in the Part B
report. 
 
Lot 2 (Lot 2 for the larger,
more complex higher value property assets with market values
estimated over £2m) for a period of 4 years from December
2024 at a contract value stated in the Part B
report. 
 
Note the contractor name and
contract value will be published following contract
award.

RESOLVED;
 
2.1to agree to
award the contract for Investment Agency Surveyor Services Lot 1 to
Bidder 1 for the provision of commercial property
disposal services for a period of 4 years from December
2024 at an approximate contract
value stated in the Part B report. 
 
2.2to agree to
award the contract for Investment Agency Surveyor Services Lot 2 to
Bidder 6 for the provision of commercial property
disposal services for a period of 4 years from December 2024
at an approximate contract value stated in
the Part B report.
 
2.3Note the
contractor name and contract value will be released following
contract award.
