The Executive Mayor and Cabinet
RESOLVED to;
 
2.1 Approve the action plan
that responds to the recommendations in the final report of the
Croydon Council Corporate Peer Challenge (Appendix 1: Croydon
Council Corporate Peer Challenge Action Plan).
 
2.2 Receive feedback from the
Scrutiny and Overview Committee, following its consideration on 21
January 2025 of the Croydon Council Corporate Peer Challenge Action
Plan, and respond accordingly.
 
2.3 Note that members of the
peer team will conduct a Progress Review at Croydon Council in
2025.
 
2.4 Note that the Council will
publish the related Progress Review Report within twelve months of
the CPC.
