Purpose

The Education Estates strategy
is an annual report and this year there will be a seperate report
for the SEND Estates Strategy.

Content

The Executive Mayor and Cabinet
RESOLVED to;
 
2.1 Approve the proposed SEND
Capital Programme and the budget summary in Appendix 1. Noting that
this may be subject to change if the wider SEND system is not able
to better manage increasing demand.
 
2.2 Delegate authority to the
Corporate Director – Children, Young People and Education, in
consultation with the Executive Mayor and Cabinet Member for
Children and Young People, to vary the proposed SEND Capital Plan
to reflect actual prices and new urgent issues that may arise,
including authorising spend against the grant allowance for
additional ELP provision as required.
