for 2025-26.

Cabinet:

To approve the proposed HRA Business Plan for
2025-26.

To approve the Budget Update 2025-26

To note the assumptions the Business Plan is based
on and the associated risks.

RESOLVED to;
 
2.1 recommend to Full Council
to agree the HRA budget for 2025-26.
 
2.2 agree the HRA 30 Year
Business plan based on the HRA budget for 2025-26. (Appendix
A)
 
2.3 note the assumptions in the
Business Plan and the associated risks.
