Full council record
Purpose

This report seeks to approve a contract award to
Littlefish Limited for ICT End User Services for a period of 1 year
from 16 March 2024 to 15 March 2025 at a contract value of
£1.715m.

The Council has an
agreement for the provision of ICT End User Services with
Littlefish. This agreement was put in place in March 2019, and it
is due to expire on 15 March 2024; no variations or extensions are
possible. Croydon Digital Services (CDS) has started the
re-procurement process and is reviewing the current operating model
to identify possible savings and improve services.

As there are no
further allowable extensions for the existing contract, a direct
award from a framework  is recommended
for a 12-month contract period only to allow for the completion of
the re-procurement exercise and time to allow for the migration and
transfer of services with a short period of parallel running of the
service.
