Purpose

Extend the existing provision
currently delivered by KeyRing for a
period of 15 months from 1st July 2023 –
30th September 2024. 
 
 

Content

For the reasons set out in the report the
Corporate Director of Adults Social Care & Health AGREED
the following recommendations: 
 

1    
Noted a permitted extension until 31 October 2023
for the continued provision of floating support and
accommodation-based support, for adults with a learning and/or a
physical disability & autism with the current provider
KeyRing was invoked without proper
governance approval. 
 

2    
A further extension by way of variation of the
existing contractual arrangement until 30th September 2024 for the
additional value of £487,674. 
 

Noted total aggregated contract value will be
£3,385,354. A 16.6% increase of the original contract
award. 

 

Noted that a key
decision notice has been published since there is no record of a
previous key decision notice.
