Purpose

Approve the variation of direct
award, current PB number ( PB-2425-000017-A ) to Home and
Dry Maintenance Ltd for a contract extension for void, fire risk
assessment remedials – contractor is certified to carry out
such works , compliance works, urgent repairs works and Legal
Disrepairs works to an amended value of £447,142.86 noting
with previous spend the total contract value would be
£762,897 with a variation of the contract period from
21/02/25 to 22/08/25 as per the attached schedule of works plus
headroom to allow for further urgent works and legal disrepair
claims prior to new arrangements being in place.

(PB-2425-000017-A) to Home and Dry Maintenance Ltd company
registration number: 9068693 for a value of £447,142.86 with
the contract ending 22/08/2025. 

 

To note that the
total contract value, including previous spend incurred pursuant to
an officer delegated decision is £762,897; with the previous
spend of £315,754.14.
