The Executive Mayor and Cabinet
RESOLVED to;
 
2.1.1 Approve the commencement
of a public consultation on the draft Streets and Environment
Enforcement Policy 2025 included as Appendix One
 
2.1.2 Delegate authority to the
Corporate Director of Sustainable Communities, Regeneration and
Economic Recovery, in consultation with the Executive Mayor and the
Cabinet Member for Streets and Environment to consider the outcome
of the consultation and to make amendments to the draft policy as
appropriate.
 
2.1.3 Delegate the approval of
any further minor revisions necessitated by legislative changes or
changes to post holders (subject to the necessary publication /
notification of those changes to the public), to the Director of
Streets and Environment.
