For the reasons set out in the
report the Executive Mayor AGREED:
 
1.1        
to accept the funding for the Family Hubs and Start
for Life programme from DfE and DHSC for £1,712,000 for the
financial year 2025-26.
 
1.2        
to delegate authority to the Corporate Director for
Children Young People and Education in consultation with the Lead
Member for Children’s Services to apply the funding in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the Programme and to
enhance the delivery and support to children and families in the
borough.
