Purpose

To award a new Direct Payment
in line with the agreed procurement strategy over a 10-year period,
to support our newly developed Direct Payment System with a total
budget envelope set at £250,000.00 per annum, with an
aggregate spend for the lifetime of the contract will be
£2,500,000.00 from 1st April 2025 to
31st March 2035.
