Purpose

This report is requesting a
one-year permitted extension to the contract for High Volume Print
& Mailing Services with Financial Data Management PLC (FDM).
The original contract was awarded via CCB meeting on 27 January
2022. The initial term of the contract was for two years, from
March 2022 to March 2024, (with an option to extend up to a further
2 years 2+1+1).
 
The annual average value of the
contract is £0.890m p.a, the maximum contract value is
£3.6m, and the total maximum contract length is 4
years.

For the reasons set out in the
report, The Corporate Director of Resources & Section 151
Officer AGREED:
 
2.1to take up a
one year permitted extension to the contract for High Volume Print
& Mailing Services with FDM from March 2025 to March 2026, the
aggregate value of the contract to date is £2.49m as at
February 2025.
 
The
average contract spend per annum is £0.831m, this is
anticipated to be the value of the one-year extension. The
aggregate value of the 4 year contract is anticipated to be
£3.32m.
