Purpose

Seek to approve a permitted two
(2)-year contract extension, at an extension value of £300k
and a total aggregated contract value of £750k.  The contract commenced 1 April 2022 and expires 31
April 2025 the existing contract made provision for a two-year
extension that runs from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2027.
