The Executive Mayor and Cabinet
RESOLVED to;
 
1. Approve the Stabilisation
Plan 2025, which sets out actions designed to further manage
demand, reduce costs, increase income, and improve productivity as
well as enable the delivery of the Council’s Future Croydon
Transformation Plan at a faster pace.
 
2. Note that progress on the
delivery of the actions in the Stabilisation Plan will be reported
to the Executive Mayor and Cabinet as part of the Council’s
monthly finance monitoring reports.
 
3. Note that the Stabilisation
Plan is a live document and will continue to evolve.
