RESOLVED to note;
1.
The Mayor’s Business Plan performance report
(attached as Appendix A) regarding the Council and its
Partners’ performance.
2.
The areas of progress set out in Section 6 of this
report and the challenges in meeting targets set out in Section 7
during this reporting period, and the actions being taken to
improve performance including the enhanced escalation
process.
