The Executive Mayor and Cabinet
RESOLVED to;
 

1.   
To note the Family Hubs Transformation Programme,
update and year 4 funding as set out in Paragraphs 3.5 of the
report.
 

2.   
To note the opening of Samuel Coleridge Taylor
centre (SCTC) as a dedicated older children and young adults facing
Family Hub, and the positive partnership work with the
VCFS.
 

3.   
Approval of a 30 day
statutory, public consultation, for potential change of use of
children’s centres through the realignment and expansion of
the current Children Centre Model into the Family Hub Locality
Model, as set out in Paragraph 4.13 Table 1 and Table 2 and moving
from a 0-5 aged service to a 0 – 19 (25) aged
service.
