For the reasons as set out in
this report and appendices, the Executive Mayor and Cabinet
AGREED to:
 
1. Receive the recommendations
arising from the meeting of the Children & Young People
Sub-Committee on 18 March 2025 (Appendix 1), Scrutiny &
Overview Committee on 25 March 2025 (Appendix 2) and the Streets
& Environment Sub Committee on 1 April 2025 (Appendix
3).
 
2. To provide a substantive
response to the recommendations (a Scrutiny Stage 2 Report) at the
Cabinet meeting on 24 September 2025.
