Purpose

This report outlines our vision
for Adult Social Care and Health in Croydon over the next five
years, based on a range of data, evidence and insights. These
include statutory returns, CQC inspections, internal data, and
importantly, feedback directly from the community. We reached over
1000 people to inform this strategy, and this will be
ongoing.

For the reasons as detailed in
the report and appendices the Executive Mayor and Cabinet
RESOLVED:
 
2.1 To agree to the publication
of the Adult Social Care and Health Strategy 2026-30, and the
delivery of the first annual action plan, building on the ALI
Programme.
 
2.2 To agree for Members to
communicate the vision outlined in the strategy to residents, to
set expectations about adult social care services in Croydon, and
our offer and standards.
