Purpose

Officer Delegated Key Decision:
This report asks the Contracts & Commissioning Board (CCB) to
recommend to the Assistant Chief Executive to approve the award of
a contract for the replacement of all End User Device’s
(EUD’s) within the council as well as introducing a modern
device build, device deployment, and device management technology
for a period of 48 months from March 2024 at a value set out in
Part B

Approve the award of a contract for the replacement of all End
User Device’s (EUD’s) for period of 48 months to the
supplier and for the contract value stated in the Part B
report;
 
Note
that the name of the supplier and contract value will be released
following the decision.
