£1,000,000.  This asset has been
fully marketed by Savills and is now under offer.

decision required is to approve the disposal.

RESOLVED:
 

1.1. To
approve the disposal of the freehold of 60
Vulcan Way at the value stated in the
confidential Part B report.

 

1.2.To
approve the removal of restrictive covenants, as detailed in Part
B, as part of the disposal.
