To note the content of this report and endorse the
ongoing in-house transformation of Croydon Building
Control.

To note Croydon Building Controls intent to sign up
to the Framework Agreement in respect of regional working through a
Hub arrangement for the facilitation of Section 13 requests from
the Building Safety Regulator under the Building Safety Act
2022.
