Purpose

This report seeks
approval for the award of corporate insurance contracts which
include recharged premiums for commercial property leaseholders and
leaseholder Right to Buy (RTB) insurance arrangements. Croydon
Council have run a tender on behalf of the London Insurance
Consortium.

insurance services for a period of five years commencing 1 April 2023 to the providers and for
the values set out in the part B report. (Names of providers and
