tender for Homes for the Future: Older People Care and Support
Provision - Lot 2 for Extra Care.
To approve the award of Lot 2, Extra Care
services at Fellows Court to the successful provider named in Part
B of the report, for the total contract amount as detailed in Part
B of the report.

RESOLVED:
 
To approve the award of a contract for the provision
of extra care services (Homes for the Future: Older People Care and
Support Provision, Lot 2 for Extra Care (Fellows Court)) to the
successful tenderer named in Part B of this report and for the
total value detailed in Part B, for a term of five years with
options to extend for two further periods of five years each
(5+5+5).
