Purpose

The decision implements the
report recommendations approving the appointment of five firms to
legal panel services for the Council and on behalf of the Insurance
London Consortium (ILC) taking into account the outcome of the
tender exercise and evaluation and sets out the anticipated
contract costs.

RESOLVED:
 

1.1.        
To approve the award of contracts for the delivery
of legal services to Croydon and members of the Insurance London
Consortium (ILC) to the five firms named in the part B report for a
period of 48 months at the contract values stated in the part B
report.

To note that the firms’
names and contract values are to be published
following the award..
