RESOLVED: To
 
Delegate to
the Director of Sustainable Communities, authority to consider and
determine applications for the grant, renewal or transfer of a special treatments licence
where any of the grounds for refusal listed at Regulation 8 (a) to
(m) of Part II of the London Local Authorities Act 1991 apply and
to revoke a licence under Regulation 9 (2)
 
Delegate to
the Director of Sustainable Communities, authority to review and
adopt revised/updated Standard Conditions for Places offering
Special Treatments under Part II of the London Local Authorities
Act 1991.
 
Delegate to
the Director of Sustainable Communities, authority to undertake
reviews and fee setting under the provisions of Part II of the
London Local Authorities Act 1991 in respect of Special Treatments
licensing.
