2.1   Approve the
procurement strategy for the procurement of the Council’s End
User Services contract, for a duration of a maximum of 7-years from
late 2024 with an estimated total value stated in the Part B
report. This would be an initial period of 4 years and optional
extensions of 2 years and 1 year (4 + 2 + 1).
