Contract for Oracle Cloud Fusion (My Resources) Software
Licences
 
This report recommends
approving a contract for the re-procurement of the Council’s
licence to use Oracle Cloud Fusion (My Resources) as part of a
programme of work to deliver Transformation Programme
objectives.
 
The Council currently uses
Oracle Cloud Fusion, which is referred to as My Resources within
the Council, as our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application,
and it is one of the most critical IT systems used across the
Council.

Approve the award of a contract called off from the
Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Back Office Software (BOS)
Framework - Agreement ID RM6194 for the Oracle Fusion Cloud
Licences to Oracle Corporation UK Limited for up to a 5-year period
commencing on 31 May 2024 with a maximum total contract value as
set out in Part B.
