Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority Board

The Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority (CCA) brings together representatives of Devon County Council and Torbay Council to work with the city and district councils in Devon as well as the National Parks, and businesses and partners.  The CCA champions the interests of its residents and the area as a whole, both nationally and internationally.   The CCA is responsible for a range of functions across Devon and Torbay, including:  

Adult education and skills Business growth and innovation Net zero, energy and environment Transport
