RESOLVED that the Committee:
a) approve detailed design and construction of the Clovelly Road Shared-Use path between The Pastures housing development and the existing footway adjacent to Affinity Devon at an estimated cost of £459,566;
b) approve the acquisition of necessary land by negotiation for the Clovelly Road Shared-Use path;
c) and give the Director of Climate Change, Environment and Transport delegated powers, in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chair of this Committee, to make minor amendments to the above scheme.
