The Policy and Performance Scrutiny Panel reviews and examines decisions made by the Cabinet and Local Area Committees. It focuses on all aspects of the council's policy and performance. While Cabinet members do not sit on the panel, they may be asked to attend to provide information. This panel's role is to scrutinise, not to make executive decisions.
